So with the new year looming I need to get back into the habit of not only looking after myself but trying to lose that baby weight that just won't go. Okay when I say baby weight well came on with baby and didn't leave after birth 3 years ago.
So I thought I would also use my blog to help keep me accountable and I know I'm not along in this struggle. As they say "the struggle is real." So things I need to do in the new year to keep me health and happy. FYI click on any of the photos for more info.
1) Take my vitamins and supplements. Now these vitamins and supplements I take I believe are what have kept me alive as well as others by keeping me grounded, awake, energetic and pain free.
These are some of the supplements I take, one I take to reduce inflammation aka pain in my body. The others are because I'm getting to the age of.... well getting older lol
To keep my wellbeing on an emotional level I will be using the aromatherapy emotional essential oils. To keep me motivated, happy, peaceful.. I will be applying them topically when needed and other times diffusing them in the house for everyone's benefit.
I will be using other oils as well as I love how multipurpose they are. I think this gives you a good idea of my re-start. I will also be trying to move my body more, getting in some form of exercise. I know after about 3 weeks I will not only see a difference but I will feel so much better in my body.
